Mike Potts is a serial entrepreneur and long-time member of Northfield Community Church, where he has played piano in the praise band for nearly 20 years. As the founder and CEO of Felix & Fingers, a national music entertainment company, where he oversees a network of over 400 musicians spanning from New England to Hawaii. Additionally, Mike owns a small manufacturing company called Presto Pianos, where he manufactures and distributes piano shells. Mike has a passion for building a team grounded in core values and a sustainable model, ensuring music performance can be a long-term career.

He has been married to his wife, Jes, for 10 years, and enjoys attending church every Sunday with his son, Elliott, who often brings along a shark puppet to the front seats). Mike lives in Crystal Lake, IL.
