NCC's Vision is ". . . to be an oasis of grace in the heart of the community; a place where all are welcome and enlisted in the life and mission of Christ and his church.

Northfield Community Church's commitment is to be an inclusive and compassionate community that encourages, enlists, equips and enables its members and friends to engage in tangible acts of help and hope in its neighborhood, the wider community and in the world.

While NCC's vision and mission have been formed from, and informed by, the historic traditions of the church, they are not limited to the past. NCC is a community invested in modern society and is open to new expressions of faith and discipleship that honor God and bring hope to the world.
